How pricing works
Your price comes from what you measure and what you pick. There are no figures on this page: the measuring tool shows your actual price, and Greenzilla confirms it with you before any work starts.
Lawn size bands
Mowing and cleanups are priced by the size of your lawn: every lawn area you outline, front and back together, with buildings taken out. The example lot above has 185 m² of lawn, size M.

Core aeration and aeration with overseeding have one price for lawns up to 300 m². Hedge trimming is priced per metre of hedge, per trim. Weeding, bed care, mulching and odd jobs are priced after a look, per person-hour plus materials.
Snow: your trigger and your driveway
Winter service is monthly, December to March. You choose the trigger, the depth of new snow at which your property is due a clearing: 5 cm, or 2 cm. At 2 cm smaller snowfalls are cleared too, so there are more visits and the monthly price is higher.
A driveway is priced from the area you measure: up to 55 m² as a single driveway, up to 110 m² as a double; larger driveways are priced by hand. You can add it to the monthly price, or have it cleared per push. Parking lots up to 5,000 sq ft (464.5 m²) are priced per push online; larger lots by hand.
For smaller lawns (sizes XS and S) at the 5 cm trigger, a year-round plan combines mowing every two weeks with winter clearing of the walk, steps and sidewalk, billed monthly for 12 months.
Travel: fuel only, for the extra distance
We charge travel as fuel only, and only for the extra distance a visit adds to our usual route. Most addresses close to the route pay nothing for travel. When there is a charge, it shows as its own line, "Travel to your area (fuel)", worked out from the property you draw. There is no charge for driving time.
If an address is well outside our usual area, the measuring tool shows no travel figure or total and says we will confirm the price by hand.
The minimum per visit
Each visit has a minimum charge. Everything done on the same trip counts together toward it, so a small item added to a larger visit does not trigger a minimum of its own. The measuring tool shows when the minimum applies.
What the price is, and is not
The price on the measuring tool is an estimate from your measurements, with a reference number and the date. Greenzilla confirms the final price with you before any work starts, and an agreement exists only once you sign one.
